Bauhinia Purpurea (Orchid Tree or Butterfly Tree)

I also like these trees. I planted two in front of my house, with flowers of pink and light pink colour. The main interesting characteristics of these trees are (a) the flowers are unique, (b) the leaves are in pairs and look like butterflies (c) the branches are soft and often hang down with flowers in front of you for you to see. I am going to plant more of these trees along the side of my farm pond. It will be nice to see many branches and flowers hanging down towards the water!

Adenium Obesum (Desert Rose)

Thrives well in dry condition. Outstanding beauty in clusters. Be careful of its white poisonous latex.

Heliconia Humilis (False Bird Of Paradise/Lobster Claw)

Do they really look like birds or Lobster Claw ?  Outstanding in the garden when planted plenty.

Lantana Camera

This species has yellow flowers in the middle surrounded by outer ring pink flowers.These Flowers are colourful, beautiful and striking.  I have also orange-yellow variety as well as pink-red species.

Delonix Regia ( Flame tree, Peaccok Flower)

Every September, the leaves drop and the reddish-orange flowers blossom, I know the end of the year is coming. I enjoy looking the red flowers during this time. I also enjoy watching the leaves dance gracefully in the wind from the window at other time of the year.
