Old Sarawak Stamp- 1945 One cent

Sixty-eight years has past and the stamp is still intact. It marked the end of the Brooke Era after the Japanese Occupation (1941-1945). My father became an orphan during that time. British rule took over before Sarawak joined Malaysia in 1963. Here we are, Malaysian citizen.

I like to collect old stamps, lots of stories behind the scenes and to reminisce.
