Another Sun bird-  dark brown and yellow in colour

Ha, here you are ! Looking for nectar from the Malvaviscus arboreus flower !
Why sun birds have so many distinct colours ? I have seen at least five varieties. 
Is it because they are born on the colourful environment just like the butterflies?
