Nepenthes mirabis (Pitcher Plant)

This is one of the very few carnivorous Plants found in South-east Asia, but is slowly disappearing.
During the young time, I often found these plants in the forest and among the bushy grass and. I would catch a few ants and put inside just to see whether the ants were consumed by the plant. Well, the ants seemed to know the danger and moved out immediately!  Nowadays, I hardly encounter this plant in the wild, neither my farm. It is now a Protected Plant in Malaysia.
