It is a Park near the Southern Kuching City Hall, not in China. It signifies the contributions of the Chinese Hokkiens towards building the Kuching City in the early days and currently. Foochow Clan is considered part of the Hokkien Clan, therefore there is a rest stop building representing the clan.
