Costus speciosus (Crepe ginger)

It sprang up as wild plant among the grass growth near my house, about 2m height. 
Normally, it multiplied by rhizome, but this one, just like the plants near my farm, grew from seed brought by the birds. 
The plants are famed to have some medicinal values.
