There are plenty of works in this Country, especially the blue collar jobs. Some people preferred to go through the rubbish bins and collected whatever they think valuable and took back or sell to recycle firms.
Education is free up to university for "Prince of the land". Yet, they choose to train their children to take up the scavenging job. Sometimes they littered the rubbish everywhere on the ground. Why they did that? In fact I saw one of them outside my house attempting to dig out the cast iron cover of water supply sluice valve. When I came out and stood there watching , he took his time to walk away and showed hsi bare shoulders full of tattoos. No wonder, we find our city facilities, whatever removable were all removed by these scavengers and sold to the recycle firms. Authorities also did not seen to care, let them do whatever they wanted.
