You won't expect the lower side of the wings to be so light colour when the upper side is dark brown and blue.
I left a sugary container on the forest floor, and this butterfly landed soon and tried to suck the sweet juice from the container. Obviously, it failed. But it allowed me to take close photos of the butterfly.
But the light brown/yellow colour matches the adjacent fallen leaf! Was it coincident?
