The colour is unique, dull orange with some black spots at the head and dark patch at the lower end of the wings. The wings appear hard. The legs are striped with black and light yellow. Cicada normally has wide head and big eyes, but the eyes of this insect are round and protruding. I am not certain this is cicada.
It was found in my farm.
