Variegated Syngonium podophyllum (arrow vine)

The leaves are almost totally white, which means there is hardly any chlorophyll, just wonder how they make food when there is hardly any photosynthesis. The plant is poisonous as it contains oxalic acid and raphides. Make sure you do not get the sap on your skin as it will cause severe skin burn.
