No, this is just an empty mock building in the Friendship Park. It looks quite nice, but nobody occupies inside, probably some structural problems according to the newspaper.
Outside, the Christian group and Kung-fu group take turns to practice their dance and excercise every Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
Sometimes, other groups also come to have their exercise.
The park is my regular walking.
