German Shepherd Dog

My father reared one such dog forty years ago. He loved the dog so much that he brought him everywhere including to the farm. He died shortly after my father passed away suddenly.
I raised two German shepherd dogs. They were lovely, obeying and intelligent. I bought each dog at RM900, suppose to be pedigree. But they could not live long due to hot and wet climate (about seven years). One died of food poisoning and other died of larvae burrowing which caused septic wound. 
My brother acquired a mixed blood shepherd dog a few years back. He seems to adapt well. Most of the shepherd dogs have weak hind legs. This mixed blood dog, however, likes to stand on the two hind legs!
