What are the two black starlings looking ?

"You dump, quickly catch it ! Every drop matters !" said the thirsty left bird.
These birds are so black that the eyes can hardly be seen. Why evolved to black in the hot tropical climate ? They have to take water all the time to dissipate heat from the bodies!
